For Women Only College Essay Contest due Dec. 1
The Independent Women's Council is sponsoring a College Essay Contest for women who are attending full-time a four-year undergraduate college or university.

First Place Award is $5,000
Second Place Award is $2,000
Third Place Award is $1,000
Honor Mentions (10) are $250
A 750-word essay is required on the topic of global warming policy in the United States.
Deadline for submission of the essay is December 1, 2008.
